Another 100 Hills for George

As I climbed up Swain's Lane for one last time to complete all of the hills in the book "100 Greatest Cycling Climbs" by Simon Warren, Simon turned to me and said "I've got a present for you by the way".

Shortly after as we gathered for a victory photo, Simon proudly presented me with a pre-sale copy of "Another 100 Greatest Cycling Climbs", his follow-up book.

I looked at my wife, who looked back at me with fear in her eyes. "Its ok" I said, "I'll won't be doing these as a challenge". She looked relieved.

What I didn't say is that I would be doing the climbs, but just in my own time. This blog page will record my more leisurely attempts at completing the second book by Mr Simon Warren (and hopefully I'll finish it before he gets round to coming out with a third book). I'll follow a similar pattern to the first book - photos and video and garmin details (although probably using strava which is a more convenient record of my rides). I hope that you find this interesting, I'd point you back at the first blog www.100hillsforgeorge.blogspot.com - and please, be more patient with me on this one. I'll get there, but it may take some time!

Cheers

Mark
